摘要:

随着低碳发展逐渐受到重视,企业通过碳信息披露向外部利益相关者传递良好的碳排放管理信息,借助媒体的作用,树立良好的企业形象,吸引投资者,提升企业价值。本文分析了媒体关注、上市公司的碳信息披露与其企业价值三者之间的关系,研究发现,上市公司的企业价值随碳信息披露水平变化呈显著U型关系,且媒体关注在碳信息披露与企业价值的关系中具有显著中介作用,即碳信息披露可通过媒体关注来影响企业价值。

Abstract:

When the development of low-carbon economy has been paid more attention, the corporate transfers the well carbon management signal to the external stakeholders by carbon disclosure. With the help of media, the corporate sets up a good corporate image, attracts investors and improves the corporate value. This article empirically analyzes the relationships among the media attention, carbon disclosure and corporate value. It is found that the corporate value of listed companies have a significantly U-shaped correlation with change of carbon disclosure, and the media attention plays a significant intermediary role in the relationship between carbon disclosure and corporate value. The carbon disclosure can influence the corporate value through the media attention.
