摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2015年，联合国可持续发展峰会提出了2030年可持续发展议程，确定了可持续发展目标。2017年，联合国大会审议通过了可持续发展目标全球指标框架。开展可持续发展目标指标统计监测已经成为当今国际统计界的普遍共识和共同行动。本文从追溯可持续发展概念的历史沿革入手，重点介绍了可持续发展目标全球指标框架内容及特点，归纳总结了全球、区域、国别层面实施可持续发展目标指标统计监测的理念与实践，在阐述分析我国落实可持续发展目标现状的基础上，就如何进一步推动统计监测提出了若干建议。

Abstract: In 2015, the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and put forward the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2017, the 71th General Assembly of the United Nations adopted the global indicator framework for the Sustainable Development Goals. It has become a consensus and joint action to implement the Sustainable Development Goal indicators in the statistical community. This article starts with tracing the evolution of the concept of sustainable development, highlights the contents and characteristics of the global indicator framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, summarizes the ideas and practices of the statistical monitoring of Sustainable Development Goal indicators at the global, regional and national levels respectively, provides several suggestions on how to further promote statistical monitoring of the Sustainable Development Goals in view of the current implementation status in China.
