Abstract: The current wave of digitization has been pushed forward in various fields such as politics, economy, culture and society, leading the trend of reform and innovation and providing a powerful momentum for the country’s competitiveness and national comprehensive strength. This paper expands the traditional “diamond model” for international competitiveness and builds a national digital competitiveness evaluation system. The paper also integrates international authoritative data, systematically evaluates the global digital competitiveness. It divides the countries according to the development stage and development model, and judges China’s digital competitiveness position, gap and influencing factors in the world. It provides basic data support and international reference for the construction of a “digital strong country”.
